Characteristics
Single-Designer Portfolio
All models designed by one builder, Jet Kwan, with a separate personal account for cross-reference.
Commission-Based
Explicitly open to commissioned real-world landmark/skyline architecture projects.
Pros
- Clear single-designer identity (Jet Kwan) with a separate personal account for cross-reference
- Explicit commission offering -- commercial legitimacy signal
- Distinct focus (real-world landmark/skyline micro-architecture) vs. other MOC-design candidates in this batch
Cons
- Moderate follower count (~5.8K) -- smaller reach than itavix_bricks or legomocloc
- Could not confirm connection to Brothers Brick's 2020 "Prague, only smaller" piece -- similar-genre reference only, not cited as evidence
